Teodora joined Arthur Hunt in 2015. After challenging experiences in recruiting within IT sector, she decided to add value to her professional profile acquiring a broader view on business processes. Her work revolves on carefully thought research strategies mainly in automotive sector but also in technology-related fields.

Each of us has the opportunity to change and grow until our very last breath, it is up to us to be aware and take responsibility for were we want to end up.

Teodora speaks fluently English and graduated from the University of Bucharest – Psichology and Educational Sciences, then attended a master’s in human resources. She studies currently to become a licensed psychoterapist following the courses of the Adlerian Psychoterapy Association, considering that scouting for talents, consultancy and psychology can jointly bring great results.
