Considering Arthur Hunt’s business activity object to process my personal data, and considering my interest to participate in executive search, selection and career consulting processes, hereby I declare that I have read and understand the information about processing my personal data.

Hereby I declare, that based on the information provided by the Declaration of Consent, I agree under my own responsibility on processing my personal data, and that the personal data provided to be processed are truthful and accurate.

I expressly and unequivocally CONSENT TO and AUTHORIZE Arthur Hunt SRL to process the categories of my personal data mentioned in the Declaration of Consent for a period of 10 (ten) years or until I will send a written revocation of consent to Arthur Hunt for the purpose of conducting executive search, selection and career consulting services.

I GIVE MY CONSENT AND AUTHORIZE

I am aware that any withdrawal, query, change of my declaration may be made by contacting Arthur Hunt SRL Data Protection Officer in writing at email address: dataprotection@arthur-hunt.ro

I am also aware that in case I do not give my consent, my personal data will no longer be accessible to Arthur Hunt and I waive my right to be supported by Arthur Hunt in executive search, selection and career consulting processes.

I. DATA PRIVACY POLICY

1.THE INTRODUCTORY PART – INFORMING THE DATA SUBJECT

1.1. THE IDENTITY AND THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER;

ARTHUR  HUNT  SRL is a Romanian legal entity, headquartered in Bucharest, 164, Vasile Lascar Street, postal code 020511, registered  at Romanian Trade Register under no. J40/23083/2007, VAT intra community registration number RO22892261, legally represented by Sorin ROIBU, Managing  Director,  associate of  Arthur  Hunt  Group (hereinafter “Arthur Hunt”).

THE PREAMBLE

Arthur Hunt depends on the collection and assessment of professional information about the active population in the labor market (“Candidates”) to carry out its talent identification, recruiting, research and other HR associated business. Maintaining Candidates’ and our business partners’ confidence requires that our Candidates and business partners do not suffer direct adverse consequences, risk or harm as a result of providing Arthur Hunt with their professional information or their Personal Data (for a definition and explanation of this term and other capitalised terms, please see the Glossary) being processed for Arthur Hunt’s business purposes. The information may be obtained from any kind of individual or organisation.

To conduct its business, Arthur Hunt also needs to collect and process certain types of information about people with whom Arthur Hunt deals. These include current, past and prospective employees, suppliers, clients and others with whom it might communicate. In addition, Arthur Hunt may occasionally be required by law to process certain types of Personal Data to comply with the certain legal requirements.

This Policy describes the minimum standards of how Personal Data is processed, collected, handled, and stored to meet Arthur Hunt’s data protection standard.

Our consultants are obliged to comply with this Policy when processing Personal Data on Arthur Hunt’s behalf. Any breach of this Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal from Arthur Hunt.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Objectives of executive search in the context of authorizations given by a client:

  • Identify the potential candidates,
  • Raise their interest in the vacancy,
  • Evaluate the relevance of their career path and their personal profile to meet the requirements of the position, including through personality inventory tools
  • Present the candidates to Arthur Hunt’s clients
  • Take references from anyone indicated by the candidate.

2: Collect and analyze the unsolicited applications submitted by individuals voluntarily

  • Receive CVs from individuals proactively sent to ARTHUR HUNT or ARTHUR HUNT’s consultant/s without a prior solicitation
  • Record and store the CVs of people whose background corresponds to searches regularly conducted by the company, given its positioning
  • Meet with some people who have submitted their CV on an unsolicited basis to help them in their search or in anticipation of a mandate authorizing the search in the future

3: Maintain the company’s and its consultants’ relations network

  • The company consultants and company’s network of professional relationships enables faster identification of potential candidates.
  • Maintaining a network of managers, experts and executives and monitoring their professional careers is therefore an integral part of our company’s Executive Search business.
  • Maintaining this network is also useful for managers and executives who are part of it because it allows them to be sought by Arthur Hunt’s consultants for various career rewarding changes.

1.2. DEFINITIONS

All terms used will have the same meaning as defined in art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data – GDPR, as follows:

“personal  data”  means  any  information  relating  to  an identified or identifiable natural  person  (‘data subject’);  an identifiable  natural  person  is  one  who  can  be  identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online  identifier  or  to  one  or  more  factors  specific  to  the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

“processing” means any operation or set of operations which is  performed  on  personal  data  or  on  sets  of  personal  data, whether  or  not  by  automated  means,  such  as  collection, recording,  organization,  structuring,  storage,  adaptation  or alteration,  retrieval,  consultation,  use,  disclosure  by transmission,  dissemination  or  otherwise  making  available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

“controller”  means  the  natural  or  legal  person,  public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of  personal  data;  where  the  purposes  and  means  of  such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;

“DPO” – data protection officer

1.3. APPLICATION DOMAIN, NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1.3.1. Field of application/ scope: recruitment/ selection and placement  of  workforce,  organization  of  professional trainings and various professional development courses.

1.3.2. The nature and purpose of the data processing: is to identify career opportunities for candidates actively looking for a new role– any individual  that  expresses  his/her  consent,  and  to  provide information about training courses or personal development possibilities organized by Arthur Hunt, as follows:

a) Executive Search  –  specialized  recruitment  service  for identifying and recruiting professional, highly qualified and motivated candidates for senior-level and executive jobs
b) Talent Mapping – the process of identification of a group of individuals for one or more specific role in the business, ultimately  providing  an  external  succession  plan  that  the organization  can  use  in  the  transformation  /  development context.
c)  Talent  and  Leadership  Solutions:  Organizational Development, People Development Programs, Teambuilding and Change Management.

1.3.3. The data will be processed and used exclusively in the territory  of  the  Member  States  of  the  European  Union  or another  signatory  of  the  European  Economic  Area  (EEA) Agreement.

1.3.4. Arthur Hunt processes only the personal data required for the purpose, as defined in Art. 1.3.2.

1.4. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

In  the  recruitment,  and  /or  human  resources  management process, Talent Mapping, the scope of processing the personal data can include the following types of information:  

a.personal  data  that  allow  the  candidate  to  be  identified: surname, first name, gender and date of birth;
b.  information  provided  by  the  candidate  allowing  the conduct  of  the  meetings:  postal  address,  mobile  phone number, e-mail address;
c.  information  allowing  verification  of  the  eligibility  and selection conditions for the recruitment process: nationality, foreign  languages,  education  background,  professional experience,  former  and  /  or  current  employers, recommendations, studies diplomas, certifications;
d.  list  generated  by  automated  means  but  with  human intervention and non-profiling programs

1.5. WHERE THE PERSONAL DATA IS STORED

In the  process  of  recruiting,  and  /  or  managing  human resources, the processed personal data will be stored on the dedicated  server  of  Arthur  Hunt  Group,  in  an  electronic, fully secured database system accessed by its employees.

1.6. THE RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

In  the  recruitment,  and  /  or  human  resources  management process, the processed personal data will be sent to Arthur Hunt customers for the purpose of executing Arthur Hunt’s business  activity,  as  well  as  to  the  third  party  member  of Arthur  Hunt  Group  to  provide  their  professional  services.

1.7. RETENTION PERIOD OF THE PERSONAL DATA

Unless mandatory law requires a different time period, the processed personal data will be kept by Arthur Hunt in order to execute its business activity as described above for a period of 10 years or until Arthur Hunt receives the revocation of the consent (according to the data subject’s consent in Part 2)

1.8. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

The rights of the data subjects are those guaranteed by the legislation  on  personal  data  protection,  including  the followings:

a) The right of the data subject to information;
b) The right of the data subject to access his/her personal data;
c) The right of the data subject to rectify, delete, object or restrict of processing of personal data concerning him or her;
d) The data subject’s right to data portability;
e)  The  right  of  the  data  subject  to  file  a  complaint  with  a supervisory authority;
f) the right of the data subject to express his/her point of view on the automatically generated outcome, including profiling, and the right to obtain human intervention from the controller and to contest the decision,
g) The right of the data subject to withdraw his/her consent without  affecting  the  lawfulness  of  the  processing  already made on the basis of the consent

The  rights  referred  to  in  the  above  paragraphs  will  be exercised  through  a  written  request  addressed  to  Arthur Hunt’s Data Protection Officer. Arthur Hunt will respond to requests within a reasonable time, but no later than one month after receipt of the request.

Arthur  Hunt  reserves  the  right  to  request  additional information to identify the person concerned if Arthur Hunt has reasonable doubts as to its identification.

 

1.9. DPO CONTACT DATA

Any  information  regarding  the  processing  of  personal  data may be requested in writing to Arthur Hunt’s Data Protection Officer  at  the  e-mail  address:  dataprotection@arthur-hunt.ro .When requested by the data subject, the information may be provided orally, provided that the identity of the data subject is proven by other means.

1.10. THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

The  National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data (ANS PDCP  is  responsible  for supervising  and  defending  the  right  of  the  protection  of personal  data  in  Romania.  In  order  to  claim  the  non-compliance with the rights guaranteed by the personal data protection legislation any person has the right to contact the

In case of violation of his/her personal data rights the  data subject may turn to the competent court as well.

Considering the business activity object of Arthur Hunt’s, as described in Part 1, and taking into consideration my interest to participate in recruitment & selection processes, I hereby declare that I expressly consent to the processing of the following categories of my personal data  by ARTHUR HUNT SRL for a period of 10 (ten)  years  for  the  purpose  of  conducting  selections  and recruitments and consulting services, as detailed in Part 1 or until I send a written revocation of my consent to Arthur Hunt.

1.1. IDENTITATEA ȘI DATELE DE CONTACT ALE OPERATORULUI ȘI REPREZENTANTULUI ACESTUIA

PREAMBUL

Arthur Hunt este o societate comerciala care are obiect principal de activitate: activități de consultanta pentru afaceri si management (cod CAEN 7022), inclusiv selecția si plasarea forței de munca (cod CAEN 7810), învățământ in domeniul cultural (cod CAEN 8552) precum si alte forme de învățământ n.c.a. cu privire la dezvoltarea profesionala si personala (cod CAEN 8559);
Candidatul/semnatarul este in căutarea unei oportunități de cariera si evoluție profesionala.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH – OBIECTIVE
Obiectivul 1: în contextul autorizațiilor acordate de către client

• Identificarea potențialilor candidați,
• Captarea interesului acestora pentru poziția vacantă
• Evaluarea relevanței parcursului lor de profesional precum și a profilului lor, pentru a răspunde cerințelor poziției, inclusiv prin intermediul instrumentelor de inventariere a personalității

• Întâlnirea cu unii oameni care au trimis CV-ul spontan, nesolicitat, pentru a-i ajuta în căutarea unui job sau anticipând un mandat care autorizează o căutare în viitor.

• Rețeaua de relații profesionale a firmei și a consultanților săi permite identificarea mai rapida a potențialilor candidați.

1.2. DEFINIŢII ŞI INTERPRETĂRI

Toți termenii folosiți vor avea același înțeles ca cel definit în art. 4 din REGULAMENTUL (UE) 2016/679 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și libera circulație a acestor date – GDPR, astfel:
„date cu caracter personal” înseamnă orice informații privind o persoană fizică identificată sau identificabilă („persoana vizată”); o persoană fizică identificabilă este o persoană care poate fi identificată, direct sau indirect, în special prin referire la un element de identificare, cum ar fi un nume, un număr de identificare, date de localizare, un identificator online, sau la unul sau mai multe elemente specifice, proprii identității sale fizice, fiziologice, genetice, psihice, economice, culturale sau sociale;
„prelucrare” înseamnă orice operațiune sau set de operațiuni efectuate asupra datelor cu caracter personal sau asupra seturilor de date cu caracter personal, cu sau fără utilizarea de mijloace automatizate, cum ar fi colectarea, înregistrarea, organizarea, structurarea, stocarea, adaptarea sau modificarea, extragerea, consultarea, utilizarea, divulgarea prin transmitere, diseminarea sau punerea la dispoziție în orice alt mod, alinierea sau combinarea, restricționarea, ștergerea sau distrugerea;
„operator” înseamnă persoana fizică sau juridică, autoritatea publică, agenția sau alt organism care, singur sau împreună cu altele, stabilește scopurile și mijloacele de prelucrare a datelor cu caracter personal; atunci când scopurile și mijloacele prelucrării sunt stabilite prin dreptul Uniunii sau dreptul intern, operatorul sau criteriile specifice pentru desemnarea acestuia pot fi prevăzute în dreptul Uniunii sau în dreptul intern;
“DPO” – data protection officer / ofițer protecția datelor personale/ responsabilul pentru protecția datelor.

1.3. DOMENIUL DE APLICARE, NATURA ȘI SCOPUL PRELUCRĂRII DATELOR CU CARACTER PERSONAL

1.3.1. Domeniul de aplicare: recrutare/selecție si plasare forța de munca, organizarea cursurilor de pregătire si formare profesionala si a cursurilor de dezvoltarea profesionala

1.3.2. Natura si scopul colectării: prelucrarea datelor personale se face in vederea identificării unor oportunități de cariera pentru cel care își exprima consimțământul/semnatar, precum si in vederea încunoștințării cu privire la cursurile de pregătire si/sau formare profesionala sau dezvoltarea personala organizate de către Arthur Hunt, după cum urmează:

a) Executive search – activități de identificare si cooptare de personal atât din punct de vedere profesional, cat și din punct de vedere motivațional, pentru pozițiile de nivel Top Management și Management Executiv.
b) Talent Mapping – proces de cartografiere a competențelor din piață reprezentat prin identificarea pofilelor cu performanță confirmată asigurând, în final, un plan de succesiune extern, la care organizația poate apela în context de transformare/dezvoltare.
c)  Talent and Leadership Solutions: Dezvoltare Organizațională, People Development Programs, Teambuilding si Managementul schimbării.

1.3.3. Datele vor fi prelucrate și utilizate exclusiv pe teritoriul statelor membre ale Uniunii Europene sau ale unui alt semnatar al Acordului privind Spațiul Economic European (SEE).

1.3.4. Arthur Hunt colectează si prelucrează doar datele personale necesare scopului, așa cum a fost definit in art. 1.3.2.

1.4. CATEGORII DE DATE PERSONALE PRELUCRATE

În cadrul procesului de recrutare, și/sau de gestionare a resurselor umane, Talent mapping si TLS, sfera datelor cu caracter personal prelucrate poate cuprinde următoarele tipuri de informații:

a. date personale care permit candidatului să fie identificat: nume, prenume, gen si data nașterii;
b. informații furnizate de către candidat care permit desfășurarea testelor specific inițiale: adresă domiciliu, număr de telefon mobil, adresă de e-mail;
c. informații care permit verificarea condițiilor de eligibilitate și de selecție aferente procesului de recrutare respectiv: naționalitate, limbi străine cunoscute, educație, experiența profesională, foști si/sau actuali angajatori, recomandări, diplome studii, certificări;
d. rezultatele testelor specifice inițiale, rezultatele generate sau nu automat de programele de profilare și ale altor teste aferente

1.5. UNDE STOCĂM DATELE

În cadrul procesului de recrutare, și/sau de gestionare a resurselor umane, datele cu caracter personal vor fi stocate pe serverul dedicat  al Arthur Hunt Grup.

1.6. UNDE/ CĂTRE CINE TRIMITEM DATELE

În cadrul procesului de recrutare, și/sau de gestionare a resurselor umane datele cu caracter personal prelucrate vor fi trimise către clienții Arthur Hunt in vederea îndeplinirii obiectului de activitate, ori către societățile membre Arthur Hunt Grup.

Organizații terțe care furnizează societatii Arthur Hunt aplicații, servicii de prelucrare a datelor sau servicii IT;

Consultanți și alți consilieri profesioniști ai lui Arthur Hunt.

Atunci când Arthur Hunt împărtășește datele cu alții, aranjamentele contractuale, mecanismele de confidențialitate și de securitate asigură respectarea cerințelor privind protecția datelor, confidențialitate și securitate.

1.7. CÂT TIMP ȚINEM DATELE

În vederea îndeplinirii obiectului de activitate – recrutare personal top/ middle management, datele cu caracter personal prelucrate vor fi păstrate pentru un termen de 5 ani, ori pana la data primirii de către Arthur Hunt a revocării consimțământului  (conform consimțământului persoanei vizate din secțiunea 2 – consimțământ).

1.8. DREPTURILE PERSOANEI VIZATE

Drepturile persoanelor vizate sunt cele garantate de legislația privind protecția datelor personale, printre care:
a) Dreptul persoanei vizate la informare;
b) Dreptul persoanei vizate de a solicita operatorului acces la datele cu caracter personal;
c) Dreptul persoanei vizate de a solicita operatorului rectificarea, ștergerea sau restricționarea datelor cu caracter personal;
d) Dreptul persoanei vizate la Portabilitatea datelor;
e) Dreptul persoanei vizate de a depune o plângere la o autoritate de supraveghere;
f) Dreptul persoanei vizate de a își exprima punctul de vedere cu privire la rezultatul generat automat de programele de profilare;
g) Dreptul persoanei vizate de a-și retrage consimțământul, fără a afecta legalitatea prelucrării efectuate deja in baza consimțământului.
Drepturile la care se face referire in alineatele de mai sus vor fi exercitate prin intermediul unei cereri scrise adresate responsabilului Arthur Hunt cu protecția datelor. Arthur Hunt va răspunde la solicitări într-un timp rezonabil, dar nu mai târziu de o luna de la data primirii cererii.
Orice cerere rezonabila nu va fi taxata. Arthur Hunt își rezervă dreptul de a solicita informații suplimentare pentru identificarea persoanei vizate, în cazul în care Arthur Hunt are îndoieli întemeiate cu privire la identificare acesteia.

1.9. DATE CONTACT DPO

Orice informație cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal poate fi solicitata în scris responsabilului Arthur Hunt cu protecția datelor, la adresa de e-mail: dataprotection@arthur-hunt.ro

1.10. AUTORITATEA DE SUPRAVEGHERE

Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal, în calitate de autoritate publică centrală autonomă cu competență generală în domeniul protecției datelor personale, reprezintă garantul respectării drepturilor fundamentale la viață privată și la protecția datelor personale. Pentru a reclama nerespectarea drepturilor garantate prin legislația in materia protecției datelor personale, aveți posibilitatea de a vă adresa Autorității Naționale de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal cu sediul în București, B-dul G-ral. Având in vedere interesul persoanei vizate de participa la procesele de recrutare & selecție personal,

Declar pe propria răspundere că îmi dau acordul cu privire la prelucrarea datelor mele personale de către Arthur Hunt S.R.L. în cadrul procedurii de selecție și recrutare, iar aceste date corespund realității.

Consimt în mod expres și neechivoc și autorizez Arthur Hunt SRL să prelucreze și să transmită următoarele categorii de date personale pentru o perioada de 5 (cinci) ani sau până la data primirii revocării consimțământului de către Arthur Hunt, în scopul desfășurării activităților de selecție si recrutare:

1.1. THE IDENTITY AND THE CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER.

ARTHUR HUNT S.R.L. is a Romanian legal person, headquartered in Bucharest, 164 Vasile Lascăr St., District 2, postal code 020511, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register Office under no. J40/23083/2007, the unique registration number RO 22892261, legally represented by Mr. Sorin Roibu, Administrator, member of Arthur Hunt Group (hereafter “Arthur Hunt”).

THE PREAMBLE

Arthur Hunt is a legal entity, a professional service firm, with the following main business activity: business and management consultancy activities (CAEN code 7022), including the selection and placement of workforce (CAEN code 7810), cultural education (CAEN code 8552) and other forms of education on professional and personal development (CAEN code 8559);
The data subject – the candidate/ signatory – is looking for a career opportunity and professional development.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH – OBJECTIVES
Objective 1: in the context of authorizations given by a client

• Identify the potential candidates,
• Raise their interest in the vacancy,
• Evaluate the relevance of their career path and their personal profile to meet the requirements of the position, including through personality inventory tools
• Present the candidates to Arthur Hunt’s clients
• Take references from anyone indicated by the candidate.

Objective 2: Collect and analyze the spontaneous & unsolicited applications submitted by individuals

• Receive CVs from individuals sent to the company or company’s consultant/s without their solicitation
• Record and store the CVs of people whose background corresponds to searches regularly conducted by the company, given its positioning
• Meet with some people who have submitted their CV on an unsolicited basis to help them in their search or in anticipation of a mandate authorizing the search in the future

Objective 3: maintain the company’s and consultant’s relations network

• The consultants and company’s network of professional relationships enables faster identification of potential candidates.
• Maintaining a network of managers, experts and executives and monitoring their professional careers is therefore an integral part of our company’s Executive Search business.
• Maintaining this network is also useful for managers and executives who are part of it because it allows them to be sought by Arthur Hunt’s consultants for various career rewarding changes.

1.2. DEFINITIONS

All terms used will have the same meaning as defined in art. 4 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data – GDPR, as follows:

“personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

controller” means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;

DPO” – data protection officer / personal data protection / data protection officer.

1.3. APPLICATION DOMAIN, NATURE AND PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

1.3.1. Field of application/ scope: recruitment/ selection and placement of workforce, organization of professional trainings and various professional development courses.

1.3.2. The nature and purpose of the data processing is to identify career opportunities for the signatory – the natural person that expresses his/her consent and to provide information about training courses or personal development organized by Arthur Hunt, as follows:

a) Executive search – specialized recruitment service for identify both professionally and motivationally, and recruit highly qualified candidates for senior-level and executive jobs
b) Talent Mapping – the process of identification of a group of individuals for one or more specific role in the business, ultimately providing an external succession plan that the organization can use in the transformation / development context.
c) Talent and Leadership Solutions: Organizational Development, People Development Programs, Teambuilding and Change Management.

1.3.3. The data will be processed and used exclusively in the territory of the Member States of the European Union or another signatory of the European Economic Area (EEA) Agreement.

1.3.4. Arthur Hunt processes only the personal data required for the purpose, as defined in Art. 1.3.2.

1.4. CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

In the recruitment, and /or human resources management process, Talent mapping and TLS, the scope of processing the personal data can include the following types of information:

a. personal data that allow the candidate to be identified: surname, first name, gender and date of birth.
b. information provided by the candidate allowing the conduct of the initial specific tests: postal address, mobile phone number, e-mail address.
c. information allowing verification of the eligibility and selection conditions for the recruitment process: nationality, foreign languages, education background, professional experience, former and / or current employers, recommendations, studies diplomas, certifications.
d. the results of the initial specific tests, the results generated automatically or not by the profiling programs and other related tests.

1.5. WHERE IS STORED THE PERSONAL DATA

In the process of recruiting, and/or managing human resources, the processed personal data will be stored on the dedicated server of Arthur Hunt Group, in an electronic database system accessed by its employees.

1.6. THE RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

In the recruitment, and / or human resources management process, the processed personal data will be sent to Arthur Hunt customers for the purpose of executing our business activity, as well as to the third-party member of Arthur Hunt Group.

Third party organizations that provide applications/ functionality, data processing or IT services to Arthur Hunt;

Consultants and other professional advisers of Arthur Hunt.

When Arthur Hunt shares data with others, contractual arrangements, confidentiality and security mechanisms ensure the compliance with the data protection, confidentiality and security requirements.

1.7. THE PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD

In order to execute our business activity as described above, the processed personal data will be kept for a period of 5 years, or until Arthur Hunt receives the revocation of the consent (according to the data subject’s consent in Section 2).

1.8. THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS

The rights of the data subjects are those guaranteed by the legislation on personal data protection, including:
a) The right of the data subject to information.
b) The right of the data subject to access his/her personal data.
c) The right of the data subject to rectify, delete, object or restrict of processing of personal data concerning him or her.
d) The data subject’s right to data portability.
e) The right of the data subject to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
f) The right of the data subject to express his/her point of view on the outcome automatically generated by the profiling programs.
g) The right of the data subject to withdraw his/her consent without affecting the lawfulness of the processing already made based on the consent.
The rights referred to in the above paragraphs will be exercised through a written request addressed to Arthur Hunt’s Data Protection Officer. Arthur Hunt will respond to requests within a reasonable time, but no later than one month after receipt of the request.
Any reasonable request will not be charged. Arthur Hunt reserves the right to request additional information to identify the person concerned if Arthur Hunt has reasonable doubts as to its identification.

1.10. THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

The National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing has the goal of protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the candidates/prospects, especially the right of intimate, family and private life, in connection with the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data. In order to claim the non-compliance with the rights guaranteed by the personal data protection legislation, any person has the right to contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, headquartered in Bucharest, 28-30 Blvd. Gheorghe Magheru, District 1, postal code 010336, http://www.dataprotection.ro.

2. THE DATA SUBJECT’S CONSENT

Considering the business activity object of Arthur Hunt’s, as described in Section 1,

Taking into consideration the interest of the person concerned to participate in recruitment & selection processes,

I hereby declare under my own responsibility that I agree to the processing of my personal data by Arthur Hunt SRL in the selection and recruitment procedures and these data are accurate and real.

I expressly and unequivocally consent to, and authorize Arthur Hunt SRL to process the following categories of personal data for a period of 5 (five) years or until I will send a written revocation of consent to Arthur Hunt, for the purpose of conducting selections and recruitments:
